I keep getting a “renewal notification” when I just purchased the Premier. I try to insert the license but it keeps saying invalid license or corrupted file. Then I try to reinstall with the setup_ais file and it says it doesn’t work with this version of Windows (windows 10). What do I do now that I’ve bought it and it doesn’t work???

Check for what exact product you have bought a subscription as it happens a lot that people are buying the wrong one.
The OP’s post doesn’t make clear to me what the problem exact is :-
As I understand it now, he is trying to use a Premier license with Internet Security, and that is not possible.
