I am also waiting on a refund. I have made 2 requests 30 days apart and have not received any response. My first request was on 8/30/2020 and I just submitted a 2nd request today 9/28/2020, request # 11692803. Can someone from Avast Support team please respond? My order # is 81880137000.

Eric, your refund was approved on Sep/21/2020 CDT and we sent you a confirmation email the same day. Can you please check your inbox for emails you received from Avast?

Karen273, I was not able to find your older requests but I found the one from Sep/28/2020. I can confirm that your refund was approved as well and we sent you email confirmation just yesterday (Sep/29/2020 CDT). Can you please also check your inbox for emails from Avast?
