Can’t see the whole msg, but it seem it’s related to Sky Drive.
It explains what it is right there in front of you ( Skydrive ), was you computer disconnected from the net at the time of the scan ? If you don’t use the Skydrive/Onedrive feature then you can disable it in 8.1 or uninstall it from earlier versions of windows.
