I do not know if the Avast cleaner is able to clean it, but you may try the Cleaner from Microsoft: http://www.spychecker.com/program/msdoomrem.html
or start your PC in safe mode and let Avast try to delete them.
avast tells me I can delete them but then asks if I really wan’t do do it. So I afriaid the file might be important. But I will checkout the other cleaner thanks.
You can delete those files with no worries. Doomjuice is a worm, i.e. it doesn’t infect any files: the infected files are the virus itself so repair=delete in this case.
