double charged for Avast SecureLine VPN Multi-device

I have been charged twice for Avast SecureLine VPN Multi-device 64.99 each time meaning I now don’t have the money in my account to pay for other important bills. I contacted about a refund last week and have had no reply and have today done so again I cannot express the urgency of this refund and the problems it is causing.

Post you last support ticket here and don’t past any more requests. You go back to the beginning each time you send in a request.
