I have been charged twice for recent updates/upgrades. On September 12, 2014, I was charged $29.99. Following that your software continued to tell me (NAG ME) because my license was running out, and so on September 21, 2014, I was charged $29.99 for the same thing.
I’m not sure what happened to create this situation. Nonetheless, I want to resolve it without delay.
Please refund me the $29.99 that I have had to overpay to ensure your software continues doing its work.
