double payment issue

I pay by paypal, Nothing deducted from my paypal account
and I did not receive any product information

so I paid again , double payment
Now ask to have the second payment refunded still no news

I have used PayPal for years.
There is also a β€˜dispute’ process that you can initiate through your pay pal account. :wink: :slight_smile:
