Double payment

Hi,

My licence expired in November and I decided to renew it manually. However, I see in the meanwhile it has been automatically renewed. So I have made a double payment. Does anyone know how I can solve it?

I paid to remove advertisements but still get them, so am reluctant to pay for full cover.

Disable the ads in the settings.

You can disable the ads in the paid versions.
Avast GUI → Settings → Popups
