Doubt firewall avast

I recently installed the avast firewall and had never entered the report part.

It tells me that you are constantly blocking traffic from C:\Windows\System32\svchost.exe by this rule Public Tcp / Udp In Block. every two seconds ¿Is this normal?

Me too.

My os is windows7 and avast is premium security. Eveytime, when i use firewall and connect to network, the C:\Windows\System32\svchost.exe (MpsSvc service) will use 25% cpu forever.

finally, i uninstall avast then reinstall it, it works fine.
