I have a product key from when I originally bought Avast Pro but I can’t see a way to download it again and enter my product key. My hard drive died off and has been replaced recently. Any ideas welcomed.

If I’m not mistaken, you should be able to logon to your my.avast.com account, here your license detail is recorded, you can also assign the license to an installed device (your new HDD on the PC).
You may find that it is already assigned to your old HDD/PC installation, you can delete that device from your account and then assign the license to the new installation.
