Ok people i am in need of some help if you can offer it
I came on my computer this morning and there was a message displayed by my NOD32 Antivirus saying that i have this trojan virus download.fakealert.FP infected on my computer im currently doing a virus scan now using NOD32 and Search and destroy, i havent finished my scan yet but i also have this little icon which the virus has created at the bottom right of my screen saying
"Windows has detected spyware infection!
It is recommended to use special antispyware tools to prevent
data loss. windows will now download and install the most up-to-date antispyware for you.
Click here to protect your computer from spyware."
I know this is a sympton of the virus and have read up about the known virus, is there any information that anyone can give me to help me remove this pesty infection.
