So I have a virus on my laptop and when I try and download Avast, a pop-up blocker comes up and won’t let me download anything (or get on to the internet).
Is there a way to download Avast to my USB stick and upload it onto my laptop via my USB port?

Another thing that you can do is this! Before doing the above. Download and install SuperAntiSpyware, MalwareBytes Antimalware, and HitMan Pro and update them. Run windows in safe mode and run SuperAntiSpyware, MalwareBytes AntiMalware, and HitMan Pro. If this doesn’t help do the one that I mentioned above.
What is your operating system as this sounds like a zero access (google update) version
