Cannot download successfully. Error message : cannot install launch agent setup file at /users/tedbrydges/library/launch agents/com.avast.macavast.plist. perhaps bad permissions. Application stays in Non-persistant state.
I have purchased the program but am unable to use until above is corrected. Tech. phone number listed is invalid. Is this a possible scam?
