Is there a way that I could download the VPS file and put into the directory manually?
And than start the Avast Home and the database’s virus is updated!
Or can I only update the database’s virus connecting by the Avast?

You can download the latest vps from the website and do a manual update if you wish to do so.

As I said, it is on the Avast website http://www.avast.com/eng/download/updates/index.html
Just download and run the file.
