I have a new laptop. Whenever I try to download the software I get a blank browser screen and can go no further.
I’ve tried it in Chrome & Edge and both don’t work.
I can’t find any number to ring for support and don’t know where to go from here.

Does the new Laptop come with a trial version of another Anti Virus program?
If it does, it needs to be removed before installing Avast or any other AV.
