I can’t download any files.
I get the message “You need permission to download” and it doesn’t save to my computer.
The automatic download permission is on.
Printing works, but not saving.

I managed to solve the problem!
It was Avast Antivirus (Premium) that was blocking Avast Secure Browser (Free).
Solution:

  1. Open Avast Antivirus
  2. Open Menu (top right corner)
  3. Go to Settings > General > Blocked and Allowed Applications
  4. Click on + Allow Application
  5. Select Avast Secure Browser
  6. Click on the 3 dots next to the application name (…)
  7. Select Change Allowed Features
  8. Choose the allowed modules
  9. Click Change
    If you wish, you can also block any module by +Block Application (Webcam for example)
    It’s back to working downloading perfectly
