PLEASE HELP, Ive got the Win32:Downloader-003 [Trj]
and Avast Home Edition cannot seem to remove or
repair, rename etc, it says its in the restore/temp folder, but I cant find it, 
Any Help Would be appreciated

please post the exact locations of where avast finds the malware
you probably need to disable SysRESTORE to remove it:

afterwards, reenable sysrestore and set a new recovery point
