Downloading Avast 4.5.549

Hi,
how do i download version 4.5.549, everytime i try to download from within the program, it keeps telling that the connection is terminated. and gives me this message

  • you are not connected to the Internet.
  • your firewall does not allow the program “avast*.setup” to access the Internet; you can find details in help or read the FAQ section on avast! website.
  • your HTTP proxy settings are incorrect.
  • the server is inaccessible because of a network error or maintenance.

even when i remove the firewall it still happens

any help is appreciated.

Check your proxy settings. Set it to use no proxy and try again.
