Hi There,

I’m looking for a link to download an older Avast! 4.1 Build. Is there a way to download these versions?

Unless someone still has a copy on their computer, your probably out of luck.
Besides, there have been great improvements made in the last few upgrades.
Why would you want to go back?

I did that with googel yesterday. Most links which can be found by google are pointing to the latest relaese although version 4.1 is mentioned.

btw: I’m looking for the professional edition.

Thanks for your reply. To avoid the problems with Zonealarm in v4.6 I want to go back to v4.1 which was working pretty good with ZA Security Suite. I hope the probs will be fixed soon on avast’s side.

Well, it’s not sure whether the problem is on avast!'s site.

In any case, you can simply turn off the Web Shield provider - it’s the one that occasionally has conflicts with ZA. There’s certainly no need to search for an old version!

Also bear in mind that not all of us who use ZA have a conflict. If you look at my signature you'll see That I use both ZA and avast! Pro. And I'm using the latest [s]beta[/s] FINAL version of avast!

Bob meant to say that he is using avast! latest final version… 4.6.652 is final version, not beta anymore…
