I am having a DPC latency problem which according to LatencyMon is because of the Avast driver:
aswNdis2.sys
Now I really don’t have any idea on how to fix this besides not using Avast 6.0, but that isn’t something I would really want to do considering I paid for Avast Internet security.
I was wondering if anyone else had this problem with their latency being 1000 us+ and if there was a solution to this problem.
Yeah you can get rid of the latency by uninstalling the avast firewall. or by disabling any p2p file software that you may have(utorrent, bitorrent etc).
That bug is there from version 5 and it isn’t fixed yet. Very annoying indeed.
