Duplicate payments

Hello,
Long story short, I have been charged twice:
one: due to emails that my renewal would not go through due to credit card expiration , at which point I renewed manually.
two: I got charged as the annual renewal did in fact go through. I have contacted digital river and have followed the instructions by opening up a ticket with avast with both order numbers. Yet 10 days later my ticket still sits there with no response.

In the end if this does not get fixed, good bye avast( I have been a loyal participate and customer since 2005 and recommended you to many friends and family.)

Thanks,I have contacted them, but this has become more work to get it done right then it is worth.
