E-mail spam, photos disappear

Ok, problem is really big. I don’t know what to do anymore.

I use to search, try to clean my computer but without success. Find this tutorial, didn’t help, problem is really really big.

I have problems because virus send mails automated after I login to gmail, on Facebook it publish post, some photos on computer disappear, everything is in big mess, don’t know what to do?

Will it help if I buy full version of Avast? Currently use free.

Or I need to install fresh Windows to be sure everything is out of my computer?

I am not sure can I do it myself. :smiley: I mean, don’t want to do anything wrong so will ask friend to look on link you share.

Tommorow I will talk with him and post you what he tell me.

EDIT: For sure I am not able to do it myself, friend don’t want to touch it because he is afraid he will make more demage (lol) and looks like I am going to make fresh install of Windows.
