"Earn Rewards" doesn't work

Does anybody know why the Earn Rewards function doesn’t work? I also changed the language but it doesn’t work.

Repair Avast:

  1. Avast GUI → Settings → Troubleshooting
  2. Click on ‘REPAIR APP’.
  3. Follow instructions.
  4. Reboot.

It didn’t work. I tried also the offline installer, but it’s the same result.

Maybe a temporary server issue in your region.

Hi,
Could you please provide us with a support file id.
Please follow these steps:

  1. Open - Avast Antivirus > Click on - Menu > Settings > General > Troubleshooting > Select - Enable debug logging (at the bottom)
  2. Please open “rewards” again
  3. After you get the “error message”, please generate the support file and reply with the support file id.
