Delete EasyPass completely.

  • Control panel > software > EasyPass > add/remove > choose remove
  • Reboot
  • Run CCleaner
  • Have it remove all it finds
  • Run the registry checker
  • Fix everything it finds
  • Run the registry checker again and repeat the process till it says nothing is found anymore.
  • Reboot
  • Install the latest version of EasyPass

Lets see if this solves the problem.
