I sent out a game that is common on the internet ewntiled “elfbowling.exe”
A warning message ensued that this was a “suspicious attachment”.
I ran a virus check on the folder that the file was in and no virus was detected.
Are all .exe files automatically tagged as suspicious?

have you scanned the file with a diffrent antivirus to confirm its not infected?
Yes - according to the setting of the e-mail heuristics, the warning can be given for .exe files.

Yes - I scanned with AVG and did an on-line scan at
http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
Neither of these reported any infections.
