On one of the log in pages, I enter my email addy and password. A red message appears that I need to enter a valid email addy when I know my email is good. Like a lot of other sites, I’m guessing that the page is looking for 3 letters after the “dot” , like .com or .net. My email addy only has 2 letters, .us. It really shouldn’t matter what the top level domain is .com or .us as it is supposedly checking against what you had previously used as your email.
I click on MY SUBSCRIPTION PORTAL … it takes me to LOOK UP ORDER page … I enter my email addy and credit card info … it takes me to another page that shows my subscription order - it’s got my name and eveything … I click on MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION … that takes me to another login page where I put in the same addy and password and it says I must use a valid email …
I have seen a couple of similar issues, but not sure if it is exactly the manage subscription. Those report copying and pasting the information rather than typing seems to resolve it.
If it doesn’t I will try to attract some attention to this problem.
