please help with an email address for AVAST !!!:roll_eyes:

First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.

There isn’t a direct email address, the help side is handled through the support.avast.com site. Which unfortunately is a bit of a circular maze if you don’t know exactly what category the issue falls under..

What is the problem and i will try to point you in the right direction.

I am trying to determine if I have double subscribed. I had a Premium Security subscription and then got a “free Trial” for the SecureLine VPN. I was just billed for the VPN, but I am confused about whether I am paying twice for the VPN. The Help page just continually goes around in circles even when I try to find a phone contact.

The Avast VPN, whilst a stand alone product, isn’t included in Avast Premium Security, so you may have two separate subscriptions.

Avast Ultimate has additional components, which does include the Avast VPN.

This may help to clarify that.
