Email Blacklist

Hi,

we, with our company, are new to avast and we want to add mail addresses to the email blacklist, so they are directly marked as spam.
We’re using avast endpoint protection suite plus.
I can add them to the blacklist on our excange server, but when i close and re-open avast all the email addresses are gone.
Is this a common problem or are we doing something wrong?
