For the past few months, I’ve been getting an email (approx.weekly) from Avast One (I’m a Premium subscriber) saying:
“Hi there.
Email Guardian has been paused for this online mailbox, because we lost access to your email account. Maybe you recently changed your password?
If you’d like to resume online mailbox protection, simply open Email Guardian and sign in to this mailbox again.”
When I refer to Email Guardian it says my two email addresses are being protected!
What’s going on?
Maybe you need to remove/re-add your mail account into Email Gurdian.
Why did I receive the email ‘Email Guardian paused for this mailbox’ or ‘We’ve lost access to this online mailbox’?
