Hi All I have Vista Home Priemum Edition. When ever i go into my Yahoo Email after a click or too my computer freezes up. The finger points but when i click on something nothing happens. Then i have to do a restart and it keeps happening. Could Avast be causing this problem. If so what do i do and if not i am open for any suggestions. I have noticed that the little blue circle is moving. Tks Glenn
It shouldn’t be causing that, however it isn’t quite as cut and dried as that.
Have (or did) you another AV installed in this system, if so what was it and how did you get rid of it ?
What is your firewall ?
The little blue avast ‘a’ icon rotates when it is scanning something.
