Hi you keep losing access to my email which should be protecting it you have lost access two or three times and I have changed nothing on it same address same password

How have you lost access, can you be more detailed, are you getting an error message and if so what ?
What type of email is this, do you connect using your browser or an email program to download the messages from your email server ?
