I have Avast Premium Security Subscription and today I have received an email saying “You are no longer protected“ and asking me to subscribe for Avast Premium Security again at a discount. I have logged in to my account and confirmed that my subscription is active and set to renew in 2027. The email was sent from @emails.avast.com to the email I have the subscription on. What kind of scam Avast marketing team is playing?
I have received an email again from Avast regarding my subscription has expired and I am no longer protected. I have checked once again and my subscription is actve was recently renewed set to expire in 2027. Does anybody know if there is any known glitch in the system?

Just in case similar thing happen to someone else I share what was discovered. I have 2 emails linked to my Avast account and the subscription for some reason was moved from email 1 to email 2 and basically it was triggered this “subscription expired“ notifications on email 1 (I have also received a successful subscription email on email 2 but I was ignoring that). However I should not have received these emails and it is going to be investigated what happened.
