Hey,

I just attempted to have the infection report emailed to me in pdf and the email I received looked like this:

and continues on for a long time like that in the email…

has anyone else ran across this problem?

Paco

hi,

depends on your used email client. attachments are not “stored” the right way from admn and some email clients are able to fix this on their own, others are not able to.

eg. many webmail clients will mess this message up
eg outlook is able to handle them.

This is a UU-encoded attachment, this format is recognized by most of the mail clients. What mail client do you use ?

GMail does not support UUENCODE (unbelievable!), we’re currently working on a solution with PavelS (replacing UUENCODE with MIME).

Alright, cool.

A fix will be included in the upcoming update (due in about 2 weeks)

Thanks Vlk

ok.
