My server informs me of emails containing viruses that have been deleted at source. These are normally from obscure addresses. Recently I had notification of one that apparently came from one of my own email addresses that I use with a website I operate. Is this something to be concerned about?

You haven’t posted this on on the wrong board, but the other you posted 3 minutes earlier (and the one I answered) is on the wrong board unless you happen to be using the avast 4 WHS (Windows Home Server) version, which I doubt.
