Emails wil not print. Web pages will not print

Following installation of Avast pro on a network of 14 PC’s (I used the ADM to install), I now have 6 PC’s which will not print web pages or emails generated in HTML. I you click File then print when in IE or within an HTML Outlook email, the print function, while NOT greyed out, will not perform it’s action. All other applications appear to work fine as does a txt based outlook email.

It is therefore fair to say that HTML is being single out BUT why would the other 9 PC’s work fine when the ADM generated package was the same on all PC’s?

Anything in common for those 6 PCs? (operating system, other software versions…)

All PC’s on the network are Dell Dimensions 2400. WIn XP. Off 2003 and I removed Norton from each PC just before the roll out. A of couple of them have Mozilla where the same problem exists- cannot print HTML web pages now.

Does it help if you disable the ScriptBlocking provider on such a machine?
Or even stop the whole avast on-access scanner?
