Empty email reports

I scheduled alerts to be sent by email daily but ever since I installed avast the “Top N network attaks”, “Top N attacked computers” were empty (and with a “missing image” icon where the company logo should have been).
Beginning with last week this behaviour extended to “Top N viruses”, “Top N infected files”, “Top N infected computers”, “Infection source summary”, “Network infection summary”, “Virus actions summary” and “Actions on TOP 10 viruses”.
All the good reports I’m getting now are: “Network machines summary”, “Network machines summary according to avast!”, “Network machines summary by avast! version”, “Network machines according to VPS version”, “Network machines according to last communication” and “Change of logical disks summary”.

Could this be because there were no attacks from the beginning and then no viruses since last week? ??? In this case why is the company logo missing and why is there no explanatory message such as “No viruses to report” or something?

Hi, you are right that when there is no data for report, the report is nearly clear (without company logo, etc.). We will try to find some solution of this problem to increase your benefit from avast! reports. We will inform you asap. Thanks for comment. Pavel Sedina
