Emsisoft Emergency Kit adware?

I have Avast free and EEK installed and everytime i update EEK Avast pops up a window that says this :

Win32:Adware-gen [Adw]

Process
E:\Emsisoft Emergency Kit\bin64\a2emergencykit.exe

I have tried to put that to Avast “File system protection’s” “Behavioral protection’s” exceptions lists but Avast still informs me everytime.

Should i uninstall EEK? or what?

As the name say “Emsisoft Emergecykit” unless there is a emergency, why have it installed?

Either Avast detects file in EEK quarantine either Avast detects signature as real malware.
