The fixlist.text/fixlog.text and FRST didn’t seem to work. BUT the simpleset of solutions are the most difficult to find. I noticed a small icon on the en.softonic popup and clicked; it took me straight to Google notifications where both softonic and lapto were listde. I blocked both and have got rid of them from the screen.
