enable Unknown Sources on ATT

Hi all,

I’d be happy to click the enable button on my ATT Motorola Atrix, but there just isn’t one. There is some comments about ATT blocked that, and that ATT was going to provide updated software to allow that. The phone is running 4.1.83. Any suggestions so I can get an “Unknown Sources” clickie to click?
