I wonder if someone could help.
Used Avast for years on a variety of Galaxy phones, never had an issue.
Bought an S21, all is fine, except I cannot enable the Web Shield within the Protection settings.
I have tried following the suggested Accessibility path within the phone’s settings but despite much time and effort I have got nowhere.
Has someone got a simple path I can follow?
Samsung themselves are of no help, I’d be grateful if someone out there could help.

“Web Shield within the Protection settings” is it greyed out and what happens when you tap it?
I take it that it takes you to GO TO SETTINGS
When you tap GO TO SETTINGS does it take you to Accessibility and do you see Installed services
If so, is “Avast Mobile Security” on or off?
Furthermore, if Web Shield is disabled then you should see RESOLVE ISSUE on the main screen of Avast Mobile Security or if ignored then you should see it under Menu (three horizontal lines) > Ignored issues
