Hi,

what type of encryption is used?
there are lots of thread about not being able to connect, will i have an issue in New Zealand?

It will work (or at least should) from any location.
It will not work if e.g. your ISP is blocking the avast vpn servers.

  • avast! Secureline VPN is using OpenVPN protocol.
  • The encryption used is 256bit AES.
  • Communication on all ports is encrypted.
