Given you have posted in the General sub-forum, what Avast product are you talking about ?
Ordinarily you can uninstall it as any other Windows or Android or IOS program.
Ask Google about the tools to specifically remove every trace of AVAST,
They are so bad there’s specific programs to do it and stop the spa
mming you.
