I’ve tried to run the Endpoint CP and cant seem to get past the need to install Silverlight no matter which browser I use. Anyone have insight here?
Also, seems the only route to customer service is to send a message, is there a direct customer service call number to get direct support for this?
Silverlight isn’t supported by many browsers now. Basically you need to use Internet Explorer if using Small Office Console.
New console is in beta to replace SOA 
You can use Firefox version <52 or Internet Explorer. Chrome/Edge/FF >v52 do not support Silverlight. I figured this out today!

I find the SOA console works fine on IE at least, but yes, that’s a bit of a pain these days. Highly anticipating new SOA replacement 
Is there a download available for the SOA beta console ?
When will a new console without silverlight be available ?
