Endpoint Protection Suite Plus and Exchange 2013

Hi,

We have recently upgraded our mail to run on Exchange 2013, running on Windows Server 2012, and have Endpoint Protection Suite Plus installed on the exchange server, there looks like there is an exchange shield included with this software, but it appears to be not functioning, when we check it it says:

protection status: service stopped

Exchange Shield is waiting for the Exchange service to start

However, Exchange is running fine and all relevant services are running. Is there a compatibility issue here?

Exchange 2013 was not released yet when the last avast engine update for the business product was released. The chance is really big that the current avast business package is not compatible with Exchange 2013.

Thanks for your reply, would you be able to tell us if an update is due anytime soon?

the only thing i heard are rumors about an update soon, but dont have any date, sorry. Im actually waiting myself too for engine and console updates.
