I bought a Pro licence for my server and 3 clients, 3 years ago. When i was invited to renew subscription, i was redirected to Endpoint Suite plus solution web site, i ordered a 3 years licence giving my email address and paid with bank transfer. 2 weeks after, i didn’t recieve anything yet and my protection is off today. I send several mails from the support website and try to phone the call center in prague by the agent don’t speak french and very poorly English cause he said that a french speaker agent will call me back and nobody call, guessing he didn’t understood my number… If i have no answer today, i’ll start a judicial procedure.
