键盘上全都是ABC，直接按不就是了

I believe he is asking about what kind of keyboard we use, to type english words here in this forum.

We use the QWERT (caracters localization) keyboard. Some with ABNT or ABNT2 input types…

And those Chinese sentences means:
I never heart about English input software. If you want to input English, what you have to do is just push the button on the keyboard;
