Enter licence key without gui

Hello,
I was wondering if there’s a way to enter the licence key without the gui? I only have ssh access as I’m away from the box, and running “avast” from console says that I have to run avastgui and enter the key. Obviously that’s not possible through shell.

Well, I don’t know :o

There is an “avastrc” file in the .avast folder that records the key:

[licence]
key=W3******************-RD******
[windows]
[windows/mainframe]
maximized=0
width=379
height=553

This will be fixed in the next version.
