I’ve been successfull registration and received registration key at my email, but I can’t insert my regristation key into my avast free antivirus.
i have followed the instruction at your support but I still can’t finish it.
Please help me…!!!

Hi bmpbdg, you should be able to register though the avast gui- maintainance/registration and fill out the form with out having to enter any key’s, getting key’s emailed is not needed in the 5 version’s.

I’ve been tried all your suggestion, but I still can’t online regristration. And then I’ve tried to reinstall Windows because my analize that my computer have been attacked by viruses, it’s been seen that I can’t reinstall or uninstall avast even I can’t deleted/removed avast from program files. After reinstall a fresh windows XP finally I can install avast and update it.
