Enter site from google search: Infection Blocked

When I click to this site (WebSiteName.com) from a google search, my Avast Antivirus software alerts this:

Infection blocked! Avast Web shield has blocked a threat.
Infection: HTML:Script-inf
URL: http://www.WebSiteName.com/forum/thread7277.html (Or which-ever url I’m clicking to)
File: {gzip}
Process: /Applications?Google Chrome.app/Contents/MacOS/Google Chrome

To repeat the error do a google search to find a forum page. Search for “SomeSearch”. and click the WebSiteName link the alert shows up. If you paste the above forum link into the website, there’s no Infection Blocked alert. Do you know why I’m getting the alert from a google search?
