I have a query about the Avast EPS SaveZone safe browser (EPS v8.0.1603).
I have added an ‘Allowed’ location to download files to, files are downloaded ok and I can see the files within the SafeZone but cannot see them in that location outside of the SafeZone.

Obviously I downloaded the files because I need them and I need access to them outside of the SafeZone.
So my question is how do I allow access to download these files AND have access to them outside of the SafeZone ?
From experimentation, It seems that if no locations are allowed/blocked then access to normal locations is possible.
It is only by adding an allowed/blocked location is access to file storage locked down. I would have expected the opposite with no access possible until an allowed location is added.
So all the documents I downloaded have to be scrapped as I cannot extract them from the SafeZone and I need to spend another few hours doing it all again.
Am I the only person to have ever queried this ?
Is it not possible to extract files from the Safezone ?

It should work, try to resetting the safezone.
Before resetting the safezone, if you want to have back the download files, you can start the computer in safe mode and then go under c:\ you should see a directory called avast sandbox,inside you can find and transfer all your files downloaded.
